By completing this form, I hereby acknowledge that any services I provide to Cape May County Animal Welfare Society are done so on a volunteer basis, without pay or compensation of any kind and without liability of any nature on behalf of Cape May County Animal Welfare Society. I also acknowledge that all services performed by me for Cape May County Animal Welfare Society are done so at my own risk.

I hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Cape May County Animal Welfare Society, its agents, officers, board of directors and member volunteers from any and all liability claims, demands and causes of action, of whatever kind or nature, either in law or equity, which have now arisen or may hereafter arise from my participation with Cape May County Animal Welfare Society including those arising out of negligent or intentional acts of the parties hereby released.

I understand and acknowledge that this Release discharges Cape May County Animal Welfare Society from any liability or claim that I may have against Cape May County Animal Welfare Society with respect to any bodily injury or other injury, illness, death or property damage that may result from my duties as a volunteer.

I also understand that Cape May County Animal Welfare Society does not assume any responsibility or obligation to provide financial assistance or other assistance including, but not limited to, medical, health or disability insurance in the event of injury, illness, death or property damage.
